Winter Gloves and Mittens for Homeless Youth
OPERATION: Billings Child
Did you know that Billings School District 2 has identified more than 215 homeless youth enrolled in the current 2020 - 2021 school year?
OPERATION: Billings Child is a local holiday gift program in which members of the community donate new or gently used winter gloves and mittens for distribution to homeless youth during the holiday season.
The goal is to collect 300 pair of winter gloves and mittens for students identified by School District 2 as homeless or at risk.
Collection dates for the winter gloves and mittens will be December 2nd, December 9th, and December 19th. The gloves and mittens will be distributed beginning the week of December 14, 2020 by School District 2.
